Johnny Di Francesco’s latest pizzeria in Melbourne’s Crown Casino Complex, necessitated a complete refurbishment of existing kitchen and bar facilities, to meet the change in food offer and patronage.

The Eatscape team worked closely with stakeholders, from project inception, through the design phase, to the implementation of the main restaurant kitchen and bar areas.
